The Health Center’s Healthcare program for people who are homeless provides medical care for those affected by homelessness in the Greater New Haven area. Care is available regardless of age and length of homelessness. Many of these servicesare offered free of cost. Additionally, our site locations have services available which include, primary care, mental health counseling, substance treatment, emergency dental services, nutrition counseling, eye care, vaccinations and prescription medications.

Case Management is also available to help people who are homeless with issues related to employment, education, housing, legal matters, food, clothing, transportation and childcare. Our trained health professionals can evaluate your needs.

Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 
Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. 
Saturday 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
